In many Indian households, sports has traditionally been viewed purely as a hobby rather than a viable life-long career. Goti E Jibon changes this narrative at the grassroots level. We scout talented young athletes across urban and rural West Bengal, connect them with professional coaching and athletic conditioning, and actively organize structured parental counseling workshops.
